It is one of the main functions of the device. It enables cutting the shape of stub pipe which will be adjacent to the second pipe. Determination of a penetration line is done automatically without the need to connect the device to a computer. It is enough to enter pipe diameters, wall thickness, angle of the connection and alternatively axial offset. Additional parameters are the cut-in distance and welding gap. Main applications of lateral cutting are pipelines and boiler chambers, but the device will work equally well as regards connecting support elements, trusses or other structures requiring an exact match of round connecting parts. Such type of cutting can also be used to improve the aesthetics of pipe joints when it comes to railings and balustrades where any irregularity is easily noticeable.


This function is closely related to cutting stub pipes. It enables cutting holes fitting the stub pipe. Preparation for cutting is analogous to lateral cutting i.e. it is enough to enter the parameters of a given connection and press start. Due to the high accuracy of cutting, such a connection does not adversely affect the flowing liquid. However, more often than not inaccurately made holes with protruding rims exert adverse impact on the flow of liquid in the pipe.

There is also a possibility to extend the device with additional functions connected with cutting holes for round and elliptical hatches or other unusual shapes used in pressure tanks and silos.


It allows waste-free cutting of a straight pipe to create a segment elbow. On the basis of pipe diameter, steering radius of an elbow and the number of segments, the machine performs all the necessary calculations, while a guide on the screen shows the operator how to perform the cut step by step.

Such segment elbows are an attractive replacement for prefabricated elements. Due to the fact that we produce them ourselves, we can make such an elbow which is not available as a prefabricated element. The client himself determines its angle and steering radius. An additional advantage is low production cost following from the fact that the cutting is waste-free and an ordinary pipe is a production material.


Cutting replaces a band saw. It allows both for quick mitter cutting and cutting of the pipe at the right angle. This is necessary for example when making frames or welding pipes at an angle. If cutting of a large number of short sections is needed, it can be done without dismounting the device to make each cut. Retractable arm of the device is controlled by an analog knob which helps to set the torch at the desired cutting position.



The device has the function of cutting the pipe ends so as to make it possible to connect them in a y-tee. Y-tees are the elements which are frequently used not only in pipelines and sewage systems, but also as structural components or in supporting structures. To make such a joint, it is enough to simply enter the following data into the device: pipe diameter, wall thickness and the desired angles between the pipes, and subsequently in the blink of the eye the device does all the calculations. It shows the operator step by step how to make a desired connection and explains which of the three pipes of the y-tee needs to be cut. Moreover, the device indicates what the minimum length of the pipe is needed. Preparation of y-tees on your own has an advantage over prefabricated elements, namely there is no need to take into account the angles between pipes available on the market. Another advantage is the fact that pipes can be connected directly into a y-tee hence saving the number of welded connections.
